Melaleuca alternifolia is native to only a small region of northern New South Wales on the east coast of Australia – where the conditions were perfect for it to evolve and flourish. Extracted by steam distillation from the foliage of the Melaleuca alternifolia, Tea Tree oil is a uniquely defined combination of monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes and terpene alcohols with outstanding therapeutic properties and a long history of safe and effective use.

The properties of Tea Tree oil allow it to be used as a multi-functional active ingredient in a wide range of consumer products including cosmetics, toiletries, pharmaceuticals, veterinary and household products.
