Description:
rosalina.jpgRosalina oil is also known as Lavender Tea Tree. Rosalina is one of the most fragrant of the Melaleuca oils and embodies a pleasant camphoraceous/floral aroma with rosy backnotes. Its main constituent, linalool, is a well known antiseptic, spasmolytic, and anticonvulsant.

It is produced via steam distillation from the leaves and terminal branches of selected chemotypes of Melaleuca ericifolia. Its main components are linalool, cineole and more than 100 minor components.

Imagine its aroma as lavender and rose with a wood, "Australian Bush" background.

The main use for Rosalina oil is aromatherapy, for calming and grounding – a superb oil for relaxation. It is also used in room freshening formulations.

Summary of Uses:

  • Freshens rooms and buildings
  • Antimicrobial
