Eucalpytus staigeriana

Description:

Eucalyptus_staigeriana_leaf.jpgNot just another Australian essential oil with lemon fragrance, but the oil with the most subtle, rounded lemon aroma of them all. Its plant chemical constituents give the oil a much less aggressive aroma profile than either Lemon Myrtle or Lemon-scented tea tree, and a much milder effect when used in skin and body care products.

For many years, the essential oil of Eucalpytus staigeriana has been the flavour ingredient for lemon cordial, the Australian equivalent of lemonade. Combines extremely well with Australian Blue Cypress, Nerolina, and Rosalina.

  • Recommended concentration in formulations: In "rinse-off" product formulations: <1%. In "leave-on" product formulations: <0.25%
